Keijo Räikkönen has been attorney at law for 25 years negotiating international business transactions. Earlier, he was the head of the UBF in Tokyo and represented Finnish Industries in Brussels. He also participated for 10 years in all trade negotiations of Finland. Keijo is now retired and spends his winters in Florida.

Kimmo Mettälä has been a legal practitioner for four decades, having worked in the U.S., the U.K. and Finland in private law firms as well as in-house in corporate and  financial organizations (the World Bank and EBRD). While living in Florida several months a year, Kimmo is currently working on selected matters in his own consultancy firm.
