We served rye bread with smoked salmon and Carelian pies with egg-butter. The smoked salmon especially was a success. The food was homemade by Annechef
The participants voted for the best table presentation. Peru received the most votes, Finland came in second with Costa Rica on the third place. The competition was tough, and we at FACC were happy to come in second place.
